18.10.2026: Meet Your Anger

A first glimpse into the power of Anger Work

Anger Work is about getting to know the potential of your anger, giving it space if it was hidden before and creating the capacity to experience, express and navigate it in a healthy, constructive and even supportive way. This work can be life changing and your first step into motivation, clarity and change.

Anger Work can help you to…

  • Wake up your hidden anger
  • Use your anger energy in a responsible way
  • Draw boundries, saying yes and saying no
  • Find motivation and inner clarity
  • Use your anger for personal and systemic change
  • Step into service in solidarity and sovereignty
  • Reclaim your space and life and standing your ground
  • Refine and build your navigation of feelings

About the workshop:

The workshop will bring you in touch with your anger and introduce you into Anger Work. The group size will be from 5 to 20 people. No prior experience needed. If you are already familiar with this work, this is a great opportunity to refresh and renew your practice. The workshop will be held in English. If you want to express yourself in German during the workshop, that‘s completely fine. The workshop will be the first of a training series called Concious Feelings Dojo. The next follow-up workshop will be a full Anger Work Initiation (most probably in December 2026).
